⦿ Mindful Yoga: A practice adapted to all levels to connect with the body through movement.
⦿ Deep Breathwork: Wim Hof breathing techniques to release blockages, release stress, and open clarity, specifically to prepare for the ice bath.

⦿ Chris, in addition to being a Yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, is a certified facilitator in Breathwork, Neuroscience, and Ice Bath, working with a solid foundation in the Wim Hof method.
⦿ Ice Bath: With professional guidance and a focus on neuroscience, we’ll activate resilience and the immune system.
⦿ Mindset coaching: Brief tools to strengthen your internal dialogue and focus.
⦿ Deep healing relaxation with Tibetan bowls
⦿ Instruction available in English and Spanish, with assistance in German if needed.

Consult your doctor if you have:

⦿ Recent surgery.
⦿ Cardiovascular problems (angina, heart attack, hypertension).
⦿ Aneurysm, epilepsy, severe psychiatric disorders, bipolar disorder.
⦿ Glaucoma.
Recommendations:
⦿ No coffee at least 3 hours before the session.
⦿ Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the start.
⦿ Do not consume alcohol or other substances during the 24 hours prior.

⦿ Bring: swimsuit, towel, comfortable clothes and an open mind.
